Chapter 69 The Ladies' Man
After dinner, they came out of the private room and coincidentally met Linda Perez and some of her friends. The women smiled and greeted Vincent Perez, who didn't refused and was even seemed to be familiar with them. However, it was obvious that their true intention didn't lie on him. They have glanced at Edward Smith several times, but Edward Smith just remained his cold face, and didn't even look at them.
Linda Perez looked at Edward Smith and complained, "You're not reliable. When I called you, you said you were not in S City, and then we met here. Don't you feel embarrassed?"
Edward Smith said without changing his face, " I just came back."
Linda Perez curled her lip and said, "I don't buy it. I know that you don't take me as your friend."
The more Jane looked at Linda Perez, the more familiar she looked. Finally, when she said 'your friend', Jane suddenly realized.
She once accompanied Jennifer Baker to the forest hotel in the suburbs. And when she was talking to Edward Smith alone near the bathroom, a woman suddenly appeared behind her and asked if she had disturbed them. That woman was Linda Perez.
