Chapter 46 Don't Care about Relatives
Edward's car was parked in the courtyard of the villa. He walked ahead, followed by Grace and Jane. Grace went straight to the front passenger seat and was about to reach for the car door when Edward seemed to have eyes on the back of his head and said coldly, "Go to the back."
Grace froze, feeling embarrassed, and walked slowly to the rear door. Edward turned his head to look at Jane. "You sit in the front."
Jane didn't look at Grace's face, obediently opened the passenger door, and sat in. Of the three people in the car, none of them spoke. The silence was like a straitjacket that didn't tie the body but the neck.
Due to the dim light inside the car, Jane couldn't see the expression on Edward's face, and she only knew that he was not in a good mood. He stepped on the gas and quickly drove on the asphalt road.
After driving for a minute, Edward suddenly stepped on the brakes, and the car squeaked and stopped on the side of the road. Jane was used to keeping vigilant in his car and fastened her seat belt, so she only leaned forward slightly. But Grace behind was miserable because she almost hit the back of the passenger seat.
Before she realized what happened, Edward had already unfastened his seat belt, and said coldly, "Grace, get out of the car."
