Chapter 47 Get into Trouble
Edward Smith's car soon was driven into the yard of another villa, bigger than the one Jane was in before,with four floors and a wider yard lined with parking spaces for sports car.
The two got out of the car and walked into the house. Before they got in, there came a loud noise,mixed with the laughter of men and women. Edward Smith walked in front, and just as soon as he entered the door, someone called him immediately:"Edward, come on."
Jane followed behind Edward Smith, and the minute she showed up, several men on the sofa all looked over and those with their backs to the door also turned their heads.
A crowed of people all stared at Jane. Following Edward Smith, she came to the sofa and glanced at the coffee table with cards scattered on it, along with bundles of bills of China Yuan.
In the middle of sofa sat a particularly eye-catching man, wearing a red stain shirt, with his sleeves rolled up and his collar open. He raised his head and stared past Edward Smith at Jane, then saying with a smile, "Hey, Miss Cooper, come on. Take a seat."
He had a delicate and pretty look and even appeared very bright once he smiled. If it was on another occasion, he was certainly not associated with the words of luxury and dissipation. Jane smiled and nodded. Being given a seat by someone else, Edward Smith said to Jane, "Have this seat."
