Desiree's POV
My head hurts as I wake up, and when I see my phone ringing, I realize it's my alarm clock, and my eyes widen as I realize I set the alarm for 1 p.m., and now I'm late for work and don't have time to go there.
My body is so heavy that I have to go to the restroom and clean myself since I can't think straight right now.
I sighed when I heard the doorbell ring, and I wondered who this man was. I'm not delighted to learn that someone is bothering me every morning. "Oh, and it's already 1 p.m., so it's afternoon!" I exhaled because I am absent again from work today, people will think that I am not really working.
"WHAT THE-" I said and paused when I saw Alexander, he frowned as he looked at me, "what do you want?" I said.
"What's the matter with you? Do you have any idea how much time I waited for you?"
"There?" I said and pulled him inside the house, I remember now he is talking about work.
