Desiree's POV
After our wild sex together, I go back inside the room and saw my necklace, i sighed and go outside and I decide to leave him because I need some work to do.
I wait for a taxi outside the area to take me to my work, because my boss is waiting now for my report. I am happy because I finally found my necklace but to get this necklace, I need to agree to Alexander to have s+x with me.
I walked to the building and saw George, he looked so busy talking to someone on the phone so I just passed him while lowering my head in respect to him and he just smiled at me and waved his hand at me as a greeting while continually talking to someone on the phone. Maybe a business partner or some clients in the company.
I approached Meredith, the woman I feel I can trust, as she walked down the hallway, and she smiled and said, "Hi, Desiree..."
"How's your lunch?" I asked since she invited me for lunch today, but I declined because I'm looking for my necklace, which was left at Alexander's place.
"Well, it was great. I am hoping to have lunch with you next time, you know that I'm new here in this company and I don't know who I can talk to freely and I feel that it's you." she said and I felt something in her voice, it was a genuine statement of her.
