Jack is going to kill me, he is going to kill me, he is in New York City, he would kill me.
"Calm down child, you are safe now," I heard someone say and I opened my eyes slowly, the light hurt my eyes and I shut my eyes back.
My throat felt like it was broken, I felt thirsty and my head ached.
"Laura," I heard someone call but I couldn't answer, I was trying to process everything that happened, Tracy arriving in New York City, Jack appearing from nowhere, remembering those things made me open my eyes even though it hurt.
"Laura," Isabella called staring at my face.
"She's awake," she said and I saw Mrs. Miller, I saw Maria too, I looked around and I realized I was in Liam Miller's room, I tried to sit up immediately but they held me back down.
