Liam was discharged after two weeks as the doctor said, before then I went through a lot, Liam was extremely mean and he treated me harshly but I couldn't do anything because I knew those were the times I had left with him.
When the doctor came the night before to inform us that Liam would be discharged the next morning, I went to the bathroom and cried because I knew time was up and there was no excuse to stick around.
"So you are leaving?" Ethan asked when he arrived with the driver.
"Yes,"
"When?"
"Sooner than you think, today," I said and he sighed.
