Chapter 216 Where to Sleep
In Teresa's room, Teresa was helping Vivian get all the things out of her suitcase. Vivian even brought the cup she used at home.
"Grandma, what's wrong? Why are you moving out of your house?"
"Ah, don't mention this. It's all because of my ungrateful children and grandchildren. They make me worry about them every day. But they don't appreciate what I have done. So, I just let go of them and come to live with you for a while. Out of sight, out of mind."
After Teresa helped Vivian put her stuff in place, she went into the bathroom to run her a bath. Later, she called out, "Grandma, your bath is ready. Come in and take a hot bath."
Vivian responded and soon came in with her pajamas. "You see why I want a daughter or granddaughter all the time. Girls are so sweet. You see, since you guys came back and saw me, Hubert hasn't even said something nice to me. Tess, you are better than him. You are sweet and considerate."
Teresa laughed, "Grandma, when you set me up with Hubert, you said that Hubert was attentive and thoughtful. Grandma, kids will have their own roads. You don't have to be too worried about them. You should enjoy your retirement and stop worrying so much."
