Chapter 32 Hard Reality
In the morning, the head of each department gathered in the conference room. As the presenter of the big event, Jiang Bin was so excited that his hands shook.
This is the best opportunity for him to advocate his educational philosophy! For this presentation, he had done considerable research and preparation. He was convinced of gaining the support of most teachers because his method could really improve the students' performances.
After the headmaster gave a brief opening, Jiang Bin was invited to the stage. Before giving his speech, he asked someone to help hand out the materials he had brought back from the city and waited quietly for everyone to flip them through.
"During my sojourn in the city, I attended training sessions and visited a lot of my classmates and fellow students in my college. Most of them are working as teachers in famous schools, and the materials in everyone's hands are highly recommended by them."
The old principal flipped through the materials and appreciated Jiang Bin's effort. These study materials were well compiled. The knowledge points were in line with the course syllabus and followed the scientific progress from the easier to the more advanced. If the students could proceed step by step and fully understand these questions, most of them would have a chance to pass the high school entrance exam.
For that very reason, he appreciated the talent of his favorite student even more. In his long teaching career, he had never thought of integrating and copying the learning resources of those famous schools. This was the thinking of the new generation, and it might be time for old teachers like him to withdraw to the background.
