<p>Lyne's heart shattered inside of her as she looked up at Zeidan, resolute not to give in to whatever he said. Her child is in grave danger and now, she has to protect her baby by herself and all alone. Anything to be with her baby.</p>

<p>"You don't understand, Lyne." He tried to come closer but right now, she felt hurt than having to come in contact with him. </p>

<p>As she gritted her teeth, only one thing came to mind. Maybe she hadn't really known him but only fell for his words. However, her heart was saying something different. That she could perhaps see his reasons too and know why he thought that way.</p>

<p>"I thought I could endure whatever you throw at me. But I guess I was wrong. Not when you kept running after Luana, even when I was there. Or watch her hurt me. Or think I am delusional because I saw my child..."</p>
