Chapter 23: Aftermath
"Run, Alonso! Run! Your little piece of shit," Omega Juno Lanfonsy growled.
"Yeah, piss off, and don't you ever come back here, you weakling," Beta Laslow Confetti added.
Alonso had been running, and he could hear their bellow of laughter erupt from behind him. Tears stung his eyes. He had gone to them to show that he was now able to transform, but he failed ultimately. He had done it twice though nobody witnessed it. Both times had been involuntary, and it had hurt like hell.
As he was running, he felt his bones snap, and he collapsed on both his knees. The claws burst out of his fingertips, and he grew furs. His wolfed-out form was a black wolf with a unique blueprint on his fur.
He was aware of his own transformed body. This time around, it was less painful. He stalked around the forest mountain and growled softly. A man and a little girl dressed up in winter coats made up of furs as black as he were.
