"Hey." I looked behind me when I heard that voice.
I smiled bitterly before signaling him to come over.
He sat beside me silently. Like he's trying to observe. I just smiled because of his silence.
"I'm fine," I said. He just gazed at me like he's not convinced of what I said.
"Are you?"
I was momentarily taken aback by that question from him. I was silent beside him as I stared into his blue eyes.
Am I really fine?
