Chapter 41. A Night After Marriage
"What happened earlier with Lorena? Your conversation with her looks so serious!" said Vega curtly.
"It's nothing. Everything is okay." Alberto lied.
He tried to cover up everything that happened to Vega. He also tried to convince Vega that everything was okay.
"No. That's impossible!" denied Vega.
Vega couldn't believe Alberto's words were true. Because if Alberto's words were true, he wouldn't be missing for a very long time, and their conversation wouldn't look very exciting for Vega.
"What's wrong?" Vega asked again in a rather insistent tone for Alberto to answer her question, because she really wanted to know his answer.
