Van POV
I stopped my car at the parking lot of the restaurant where I had a reservation.
Aphrodite didn't speak the whole trip, which I found weird. When I was with Aphrodite, I got used to her opening the conversation. She never runs out of topics. But now, she was quiet. Maybe she was just awkward so I just understood.
"We're here," I said and turned to her. She looked out the window and then the car door was about to open when I took her hand so she could look at me.
"I'll give you something," I said and handed the flowers and bear toy from behind then looked at her.
"My siblings give me advice on what good to give to women," I said and handed it to her.
"Thank you." She said with a smile. I got out of the car and immediately turned around to open it. She came out and smiled at me.
