Also, you'll need to pay the full down payment within seven days. Otherwise, the deposit agreement is void and non-refundable!"
"There will be only a 50% discount on the exceeding price?"
Ye Chen felt pity for that remark. Yet, it was understandable- the other party will have their bottom line. Even though the real estate developers don't think that the property price will increase in this short period, the bottom lines must be there after all.
