The Delaware Resorts Outdoor Home and Health Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 10, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 11, at Hudson Fields on Route 1 just north of Lewes.
A wide array of exhibitors will present their home- and health-related products and services during the two-day event. Admission and parking are free to the public.
“Due to the restriction on large indoor gatherings, our April home expo was postponed, and as a result it was successfully held outdoors in June and greatly expanded,” said Kathy Benson, founder and coordinator of the Delaware Resorts Expos. “We have decided to add health products this time since we cannot be indoors for our 55+ Expo, which has been held in November at Cape High for the last four years. We are especially excited to help our many loyal exhibitors hit their business stride now. If you are a business owner who would like to reach and serve the lucrative eastern Sussex County residents’ market, the fall home and health expo is the most cost-effective way of doing it,” she said.
Exhibitors will have plenty of outdoor space to share more products and feature services. Parking is ample.
Sponsors include Advance Inc., Backyard Works, Children’s Beach House, Clean Cut Pavers & Pools, Clean Energy USA, First Class Heating & Air, Midway Motion Fitness, Patio Systems, Schell Brothers, State Farm Insurance, Ron Krajewski and Quicken Loans. Partnering media sponsors are the Cape Gazette, Effectv, Delaware Beach Life, Sussex County Women’s Journal, WGMD/92.7 and ABC/47 WMDT.
Expo visitors will enjoy the convenience of viewing a full spectrum of home and health products and services in one place. Crafters will be participating again, too. All ages are always welcome.
Several of the exhibitors plan to offer expo specials, and many will be giving away gifts and prizes. There will be something for everyone at this year’s outdoor fall home and health expo, including delicious local food.
